A Busy Weekend.

Eleven quilts finished this week which is a great total, as well as the finished donated quilts which arrived.
This first beautiful top was donated by Skye Bothma from New Zealand and her mother had made this lovely top and the ruched flowers are so lovely.
Anna Kok from Western Australia made this beautiful jelly roll top, along with 9 others and Sharon Siacci of Beyond Meander Quilting has very kindly quilted 6 of these tops and they look fabulous. Sharon has done a much better job than I could and her quilting really enhances Anna's beautiful piecing.
Sue Taylor from Vic. Made this beautiful bright top for a child as well as the I Spy QAYG  blocks shown below.  I alternated the blocks with others I had on hand and will look for some more with kids prints to make a few more quilts.
Yvonne Hamilton in the US sent this lovely Paddington Bear top and it will be loved by the child it comforts.
Helen Stewart from Vic sent this top and the one below. Both will be lovely bright and comforting quilts for children .

Alison Watson from Vic sent these beautiful bright QAYG blocks and they were quick to put together as they are 13.5 inches in size.
Marg Coulthard from Vic made these lovely bright QAYG blocks and I used a soft grey binding which was donated by Linda Farley from W.A . Linda sent 7 sets of binding in different colours and it made it much quicker to join the blocks.

These blocks were made by Jacqy Wong from Vic and it was a good effort as she had to evacuate from her home as her area was under threat from the fires.
This lovely bright QAYG  quilt was made from blocks donated by quite a few different quilters and they all play together nicely with the sunny yellow binding.
Thank you all so much for your donations. I couldn't manage without all of your help.
Hugs, Jan Mac
