Many Thanks Everyone.

Marg Spencer dropped off her beautiful quilts as well as Nora Bourke's beautifully knitted beanies. Nora made 45 for children, 16 for adults and 27 for premmie babies and newborns. 

Marg also donated 9 fabulous quilts,  2 quilt tops with backing and an incredible 160 QAYG blocks in varying sizes. 










Cathy Bruton and the Inverloch Chatty Crafters have been busy and donated 6 fantastic  Santa Sacks,  4 small knitted teddy bears and 8 knitted premmie hats for Life's Little Treasures,  as well as a dress, a skirt, 2 tops, 4 pair of shorts, 5 bags and 4 pencil cases, all made by upcycling donated uniforms from Ambulance Victoria. 


Marian Dines has been very busy again and sent 8 lovely quilt tops,  2 with backing, and a soft toy.

Comings and Goings.

Lots of lovely donations have arrived with these 4 beautiful quilts from Fran Cox.


Fran also donated a quilt top as well as a large bag of fabric, a sewing machine and sewing supplies and these were given to a group helping Ukrainian refugees. 
Di Kenny (Vic) donated the pretty quilt in pastels.
Sharon Siacci (Vic) donated the next 2 beautiful quilts as well as a bag of fabric.


Margot Eklund (Vic) donated 2 bags of fabric.
Maret Butler from NSW donated 6 beautifully knitted baby blankets. 



 I delivered the sewing machine and sewing supplies as well as 30 quilts and 118 beanies to a group helping Ukrainian refugees. I also visited Life's Little Treasures HQ on Wednesday and delivered 2 baby quilts as well as 9 hand knitted large premmie baby jackets . It was worthwhile visiting them to discuss their needs and I will write a separate post with reference to their patterns.

I finished quilting lovely quilt top donated by Marion Thompson and also knitted 2 more large premmie jackets.

Many Thanks Lesley and Kyabram Quilters.

Lesley Lowe and the Kyabram quilters have donated a large number of items which were kindly couriered by Jayne Collis. They donated 3 beautiful quilt tops with batting and backing.
They also donated 25 soft toys/teddy bears.


There were 10 lovely quilt tops with backing.





They also donated 8 drawstring bags,  11 Santa Sacks,  23 knitted beanies, 3 baby singlets, 3 pair of booties  and 9 knitted teddies.




Helen Marasco donated 4 beautiful quilts and a cushion.



I spent most of the Easter break removing badges and washing the shirts donated by Ambulance Victoria for upcycling by Uniforms 4 Kids Victoria,  as well as making 3 pair of shorts.
I hope you all had a lovely break over Easter too.
