Donations From Woodend and Kaniva (Vic) and Western Australia.

Kerry Moore and her friend,  Judy Campbell,  donated the first 3 lovely quilts for the Ukrainian refugees and I quickly photographed them before I  met with a pastor from one of the Ukrainian churches today. We donated 35 quilts, mainly in large adult sizes and 5 queen sized, blankets,  warm coats, large tote bags, warm hand knitted beanies and a bike which I had acquired locally. They were very happy with the quilts which will help to welcome their parishioners to Australia  and there were warm hugs and well wishes exchanged.

Marian Dines donated the next beautiful quilt in floral, for the Ukrainian quilt drive.
Barbara Black and her lovely of 4 quilters from Woodend drove down on Thursday to donate 20 beautiful quilts.  They're beautifully made and in a variety of colours and styles. Some have been donated to the Ukrainian families and some will be donated to the flood affected  areas of NSW and Queensland.

Such a wonderful number of donations arriving and there will be lots of warm hugs being given to people in need.

Thank you all so much for your generous.

hugs, Jan Mac
