The Elf Patchwork Group in Eastern Melbourne is a fairly small, but very active group, of about 8 friends and they have very generously donated 14 quilts to our bushfire quilt drive as well as some of them being sewing angels and finishing off donated UFOs.
The quilts are all different in sizes and styles and will be appropriate for different age and gender groups. The Elves also kindly stitched all the labels on, as one of their members, Fiona Lazenby, has kindly made almost 400 for me.
The quilting was generously donated by Rae Ierfone of 3rd Door Quilting.
