Taking It Quietly.

I've been resting up for the past 2 weeks while I recover from a respiratory viral infection so I am a bit behind with acknowledging the latest arrivals.  I'm slowly recovering so I  will catch up over the next few days.

10 bucket hats and 2 very cute dresses, all made from obsolete uniforms donated by Ambulance Victoria.
As well as 5 overnight/nappy bags made from Ambulance Victoria flight suits.
Dianne also made 4 pair of long pants,
15 knitted small teddies,
2 crocheted blankets, 4 pair of booties,  1 knitted premmie jacket,
1 beautifully knitted baby blanket, 2 hearts, 10 soap pouches, hair clips,

Going Out.

Today Pam Neenan very kindly couriered a car load of donations to Backpacks 4 Vic Kids for us. We donated 38 quilts,  15 teddies with custom made jumpers,  boxes of handknits, new books and toys, 10 pair of shorts and 3 very large bags of fleece fabric for their sewing group to make into tracksuit pants.

From Uniforms 4 Kids Victoria we also donated 10 pair of shorts and 2 bucket hats.

I've included a photo to show some of the shorts that I upcycled by covering the logo with a fabric badge. I also use feature fabric to cover up logos but if anyone has any of these type of badges they'd be great.

Many thanks everyone for your generous contributions.
