Teamwork.

Norma Aitken from Waverley Patchworkers very kindly received donations from members in the Bellarine area and she dropped them off today. Shirley Drayton donated the lovely dolphin themed quilt.

Judith Cooke donated 2 beautiful and large quilts which will be going to Rochester for our flood affected areas quilt drive.
Judith also donated 7 beautifully knitted premmie jackets and a lovely baby blanket  for Life's Little Treasures.
Norma and Waverley Patchworkers also donated some lovely fabric for backings and drawstring bags.
If anyone is interested in donating quilts for our flood quilt drive and live near Bendigo or Kyabram,  then two friends of mine are willing to receive quilts and deliver them to Rochester when people are ready to receive them.  Could you please sew on a label to your quilts so they don't have to and they won't be able to accept quilt tops or fabric.
We are in need of single, double and queen sized quilts but we won't be able to distribute them until after Christmas as the affected communities have no where to store them. So please don't feel pressured to make them quickly as, like all of our quilt drives for natural disasters, this will be a marathon and not a sprint.
Many thanks for your generous support everyone.
Hugs, Jan Mac xx
