A Busy Weekend.

It was a busy weekend with our AGM for Victorian Quilter's Association on Saturday, and Anne Sushames,  a very talented Quilter's, shared some of her fabulous quilts in a talk.
More arrivals happened  with these 4 fabulous quilts from Wendy Boyes (Vic).


I made another skirt and a pair of shorts for a girl from obsolete uniforms from Ambulance Victoria,  for Uniforms 4 Kids Victoria. 

Cathy Bruton and the Inverloch Chatty Crafters,  donated lots of lovely items with 1 crocheted cot blanket, 8 felt teddies, 2 knitted bunnies, 10 pocket hearts, 11 stuffed toys, dolls clothes, 5 pair of adult bed socks, 6 knitted premmie hats, 10 gathered skirts for girls,2 pillow case dresses, 87 soap pouches,  25 drawstring bags for toiletries,  1 teddy pillow, 18 pair of new socks, 10 new t shirts/polo shirts and 9 shoe bags.




Pam Neenan,  Cathy's friend,  donated 9 pair of as new shoes as well as couriering the donations from Wendy and Cathy.
I also received a large anonymous donation of knitting UFO s, fabric, knitting wool, quilt tops and soft toys.


Lynette Caddell and her friend,  Di, donated 7 large bags of knit fabric as well as a tub of quilting fabric, some UFOs and some lovely hexagon flowers.
