Busy Week and Our 6th Lockdown.

Eleanor Vardanega from NSW has very generously donated the first 3 beautiful quilts.

Marilyn Wilson (Vic) has very generously donated another 2 beautiful quilts.

Lyz Kershaw  (Vic) has generously donated 3 beautiful quilts in bright colours, as well as 6 quilt tops,  5 QAYG blocks,  5 Santa Sacks,  a story book and a sanitary pad pouch.

Norma Aitken and the Waverley Patchworkers have very kindly donated more lovely crocheted blankets,  lots of soft toys, a cot quilt and more fabric.

Sue Ross  (Vic) is another generous supporter and she has donated beautifully knitted garments including 3 children's jumpers, 2 toddlers  cardigans and 2 baby wraps which will all help to keep lots of little ones warm this winter.
The Elves are a group of quilting friends  including Fiona Lazenby and Patty McNamara (Vic) and they have generously donated another 5 quilts to comfort disadvantaged families.

I've had a busy week sorting and packing donations so that we can start distribution as soon as this lockdown finishes as there are still lots of families needing help.

Many thanks for your help everyone.

hugs, Jan Mac

Fabulous collection of donations. I love how Lyz Kershaw put those brightly coloured squares together into rows, used bright strips to sash them and then top and tail with piano keys borders. So effective!
