A Variety of Donations .

Rita Cella has donated the first 4 fabulous quilts shown here and the recipients will be thrilled to receive them.

Luisa Gubiani  is Rita's sister and Luisa has already donated several large quilts and she has donated another 2 beautiful quilts this time.

Ann Grant from NSW donated this beautiful crane quilt in oriental fabrics as well as some lovely items for the Peter Mac auxiliary shop.

The quilt shown in masculine plaids and the following I Spy quilt tops were made by Helen Stewart from Vic and I quilted them, adding borders to the second to make it a bit larger.
Gil Wright from NSW very generously donated several tops and I added animal applique and borders to make it larger.
Michelle (Vic) very generously  donated 5 tops, 1 partially finished top,  200 QAYG blocks, and novelty fabric for I Spy blocks.

The Keep Us In Stitches group donated 15 lovely and warm knitted/ crocheted blankets which will be very welcome now the weather is so cold.

Vikki Hope and her lovely Mum donated an 8 metre roll of batting which will be a great help with getting more tops finished.
Thanks so much everyone for all of your support. We gave out 60 quilts to the students of Nicholson primary school and 23 quilts to the Buchan primary school, both in East Gippsland, and it's good to know that the kuds will be wrapped in our warm hugs tomorrow when school resumes.
Hugs, Jan Mac
