I've joined a very nice group of women who meet monthly to visit places of interest around Melbourne and today we visited Gulf Station at Yarra Glen. It was a very interesting place and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Seeing some kitchen equipment used by my grandparents brought back lots of happy memories.
I've also received a large parcel containing 47 beautifully crocheted squares donated by Amber Darwin.
Joan Hill from Mildura donated 2 lovely blankets and a large number of knitted/crocheted squares.
The Creative Living Group from Mildura sent a box of knitted/crocheted squares aswell as a lovely scarf.
Tara Henshaw, Nicole Adamson, Julianne Purcell and Kim Henshaw sent 7 lovely cowls/scarves , 5 beanies and a large number of crocheted squares.
Norma Aitken donated a box of fabric swell as some kits to make drawstring bags.
