I've wanted to visit Egypt to see the pyramids for many years but thought the opportunity was lost due to political conditions there at the time. Finally everything aligned and my lovely sister is travelling with me.

We visited the pyramids of Giza, the ancient ruins of Memphis, Sankara pyramids and the Sphinx.
It was amazing to be standing by buildings which are 4,500 years old.
An experience of a lifetime and this was just from our first day.
