A Flurry of Finishes Before Delivery.

Blog land is still loading photos out of order but I will press on anyway. I managed to finish a brown jumper each for our grandsons and they were thrilled with them and Jake wants me to teach him how to knit. He's 4 and I made a size 6 but it will most likely be too small before next winter so I plan on starting one for an 8 year old in his favourite colour of green. I also knit 2 dresses for dolls and a baby's jacket.
There was only time to knit for 2 teddy bears, a rabbit and a pink pig, all of which look much better with their little jumpers.
This top was donated by the Somerville Stitchers (Vic) and it's a cute I Spy top for a child.
Cathy Bruton (Vic) donated this pretty cot quilt top.
Mary-anne Goss from SA donated a very large quilt top and I divided it into 2 as it was too large for the organisations we support. The second one is shown below.
This beautiful quilt top was made from orphan blocks and put together by Trinity Patchworkers (Vic).
This was an anonymously donated top from some time ago and it's good to gave it finished and donated.
Vicki Tootell (Vic) donated a lovely Christmas table runner which just needed the binding to be stitched down and it's been donated too to brighten someone's Christmas table.
Many thanks everyone for your generous donations and support and I hope you all enjoy a peaceful Christmas with family and friends.
Hugs, Jan Mac xx
