Lots Happening Here.

Lots of donations have arrived and I'm busy sorting, photographing and packing them so they can be distributed before the organisations close for their Christmas and summer break.

Annette Pearce very kindly couriered 2 more large bags from the Murray Mallee Quilters and they sent 4 beautifully made quilts. 

They also sent 9 fabulous quilts,  5 fabric story books and a lovely patchwork bag, all donated by Sue Bennett from Mrs Sampson's Drapery quilt shop in Swan Hill.












Viv Costigan also donated 2 beautifully crocheted blankets for babies,  4 knitted baby's jackets and a beanie.

More Fabulous Donations Arrived.

June Wilson from Lilly Patches in Boronia has donated another 5 beautifully made quilts,  made by the Tuesday ladies and June provided the batting.  


Kathie Williamson has sent another large parcel containing 9 warm knitted scarves and some tops.
June's ladies also donated 13 crocheted blankets and 2 dressed teddies. 

June also passed on a knitted blanket made by the ladies from the Boronia Retirement Village. 



Eileen Nash donated another 4 crocheted blankets,  2 baby's blankets and 2 soft toys, toiletries, books and pencils. 



Marian Dines donated another 2 beautifully knitted baby's jackets,  5 cute knitted teddies and a soft toy.

All The Way From The Netherlands.

Marijke Sandee has sent another very large box of these 4 beautiful quilts as well as 9 quilts for babies made by her friend,  Ada.




Ada's friend also donated 10 sets of knitted beanies and booties for babies. Marijke and I met through my blog and she generously quilts for Oz Comfort Quilts as well as organisations in Europe. 
Marijke also very kindly labels her quilts which saves me a lot of time.
Wendy Fry dropped off 16 teddies with custom made jumpers knitted by Sally S.  The bears were donated by Janet Kidson.

More Arrivals From Interstate.

More fabulous donations arrived from interstate while I was away and I'm catching up now that I'm home again.
Margo Barber from Tasmania sent 3 fabulous quilts and a large beautiful knitted blanket. 

 

Delys Rogers from WA has donated 2 large quilts,  4 knitted baby's beanies and some cord for drawstring bags. 


Lynell Jendra from Qld sent another large parcel containing lots of soap pouches and sanitary pouches. 

The Berwick U3A donated 3 more fabulous quilt tops including one which is a variation of the Dear Jane blocks. 
Marie Warden and the Narooma CWA ladies have sent another 2 large parcels containing  75 cuddle hearts and 69 knitted teddies.
