Comings and Goings

Barbara Black and Rhonda D from the Monday Quilters of Macedon have recently donated an incredible 90 quilts as well as 353 drawstring bags, made from donated UFOs, orphan blocks and fabric. These fabulous quilts are the remaining 8 of the 90.
Their use of so many bits and pieces donated by so many wonderful members is an incredible and if you need some inspiration for how to use up odd blocks etc it's worth scrolling back to see their lovely quilts.

Big Group Hug sent their van to pick up donations this week and we managed to half fill their van.
We donated 24 quilts, 32 blankets, 35 XL drawstring bags for their sheet packs, 9 large drawstring bags, 464 drawstring bags, 7 nappy bags, 5 large tote bags, 70 tote bags, 61 children's beanies, 28 beanies for teens, 12 beanies for newborns, 10 pair of booties, 120 soap pouches, 25 pillowcases, 30 sanitary pad pouches, 4 boxes of handknits, teddies and soft toys.
Uniforms 4 Kids Victoria also donated 64 drawstring bags, 6 pocket pouches and 4 pencil cases with pencils.
Many thanks everyone for helping us to help so many families in need.
Hugs, Jan Mac xx
