New Arrivals.

Lots of wonderful donations have arrived including 52 soap pouches, 4 Santa Sacks, 6 bucket hats, 3 nappy bags, 10 bibs, 2 dresses, 3 crocheted blankets and 16 pair of reading glasses, all from Dianne Daly. 

Judy Cooke donated 2 fabulous quilts as well as 7 pair of knitted booties,  2 knitted beanies, 1 pair of knitted mittens and 3 knitted cardigans for babies.

Lex Collins donated 3 large rolls of fabric for backings.

Sue Taylor donated another 5 lovely quilt tops with backing and binding as well as extra fabric.

Jill Khong has donated an incredible 154 teddies with custom made jumpers as well as 14 Santa Sacks.

AQC 2024

I'm having lots of fun catching up with friends at AQC as well seeing lots of lovely quilts. 

Gloria Loughman won Best of Show. 

Belinda Betts from NSW won Runner Up in the Modern Quilt section.

On A Roll

I'm still busy quilting donated quilt tops and it's great to get so many finished. Taking a break from receiving donations gave me a chance to sort through the tops, measure their size and make suitable backings and bindings.

These quilts will soon be giving warm hugs to people in need and they will be needed as our weather is getting cooler.

 A very big thank you to everyone who measured and labelled their donated quilt tops as it's saved me a lot of time. I've already pin-basted more tops and hope to get more finishes soon.

Lots Of Arrivals.

More fabulous donations have arrived and Dymphne Anderson donated 7 soft toys and some school supplies.

Kaye Hardman made 12 drawstring bags from fabric donated by Dymphne. 

Sue Taylor and Sandra McLay donated 4 lovely quilt tops with bindings.

Sandra's sister has been busy knitting for Life's Little Treasures and has donated 16 jackets for premmies,  11 beanies and 14 pair of booties.

Ann Hall donated 2 lovely quilt tops. 

Mary Breen donated 6 crocheted blankets, 2 knitted jumpers,  2 beanies,1 finger puppet game, 3 scrap books, 8 Santa Sacks, 1 pair of long pants, 3 drawstring bags and 15 fabulous tote bags which will be fantastic for nappy bags.

Janette Evans donated 8 SNta Sacks.

Lynn Hogg donated 9 knitted beanies for adults and 36 for children.

Marg Spencer donated 9 very cute dresses for toddlers,1 crocheted blanket,  12 bibs and 2 Santa Sacks.
